A good atmosphere in the tax office? Hard to imagine in an industry that is generally regarded as boring, gray and somewhat stiff. But for RST Beratung, headquartered in Essen, this is no contradiction.
“We don’t need quiet little mice here,” said Managing Director Andreas Engeln in a preliminary meeting, and indeed – RST is different. Flexibility for employees is a top priority here and the management is happy about every good idea that comes from its own employees. As RST specializes in pharmacies and the healthcare sector, contact with large budgets and even business takeovers are not uncommon, even for new employees. There is no need to be afraid of this, as the doors are always open and there is a wealth of specialist knowledge in the company, as partner Philip Sänger emphasizes. In fact, some of the specialist books that young students read at university are even written here.
This positive corporate culture was not really visible on the old careers site. That’s why they opted for a career site Pro by softgarden, which was completely rebuilt. I was commissioned to create up-to-date photos from all four locations, as well as a series of videos that give an insight into the corporate culture.
