The Gütersloh-based industrial bakery Mestemacher is a “hidden champion” in the baking industry. The family business has been producing specialty breads for over 150 years. In the past, the region was supplied from here. Today, huge loaves are produced in three shifts for global distribution and exported to over 80 countries. Mestemacher specializes in hearty wholemeal bread and is the world market leader in Westphalian pumpernickel, among other things.

As Mestemacher is urgently looking for good specialists, the old and somewhat dusty job site has been replaced by a modern career site Pro by softgarden. I organized a shoot for this at the end of September to give applicants a little insight into the world of work at Mestemacher with up-to-date photos and videos.
